A new 27-storey residential building is proposed for 1153 Queen Street West, just north of the future King-Liberty GO Station. Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, the project will add a collection of rental suites to the neighbourhood, along with ground-floor retail that complements Queen West’s established streetscape. Designed with modern urban living in mind, the development will enhance local connectivity and contribute to the area’s ongoing growth and revitalization.
