PET POLICY
Your pets are welcome at Rouleau.
We allow a maximum of two (2) of the following:
- Domestic (indoor) cats
- Dogs (based on approval of the landlord)
- Birds (limit one cage of four birds)
- Fish (tank volume must not exceed 30 gal/113L)
- No Rodents or Reptiles
Please note that we require a $350 non-refundable pet fee per animal. A bird cage and a fish tank are considered 1 animal each. All pets must be spayed or neutered.
