All our services are at your fingertips. QuadReal has revolutionized the way Residents interact with their communities and manage their apartment needs. The QuadReal+ Home App gives Residents the ability to communicate with the Community Office, access a virtual bulletin board, submit maintenance requests, comment on, and view the status of work orders, and much more.
We know Residents love their pets, and we do too! We offer Fur-Family programming which is appealing to furry companions as they are our Residents too. We offer dog treats, pet-wash stations, and creatively designed dog areas at select communities.
QuadReal believes in community and providing exceptional experiences for Residents. Each community will offer Resident appreciation experiences throughout the year. These are unique to each community and will always be a hit!
We strategically align with local businesses and national brands to offer Residents exclusive discounts. Sample benefits include discounts on food and beverages, services, retailers and more!

We are incorporating many smart building features into IMMIX to create a more seamless and digital living experience that includes: - Fully integrated resident mobile app for amenity bookings and more. - Sensors throughout the building to prevent floods, ensure the best air quality and more. - Smart parcel lockers with app integration. - Fastest and lowest cost internet services in Toronto
QuadReal works with Parcel Pending to bring our residents an exciting amenity - electronic parcel lockers. The service is in place at select QuadReal communities and is a convenient way to receive packages if residents are not home. Residents can pick up packages on their schedule, at their convenience, 24/7! If the package is oversized, residents will be required to receive the packages themselves. This will not be managed by the Community Office.
The Community Office will have a tool bag full of commonly used tools that Residents can sign out for daily use and will include items for minor DIY projects.

As a resident of IMMIX, you’ll have 24/7 access to the QuadReal CONNECT Resident Portal. If you have maintenance requests, we encourage you to contact us anytime, day or night. You can also gain exclusive access to our QuadReal+ Home app through both Android or Apple devices. Receive community updates, submit service requests, contact management, make payments, post to our community bulletin board, and so much more. All at the touch of a button.
PET POLICY
Your pets are welcome at IMMIX.
Having a pet shouldn’t mean that you have to give up on luxury living. That’s why IMMIX is proudly pet-friendly, with dedicated facilities like our first-rate dog wash station, so that you know your animals are as welcome as you are.
We allow a maximum of two (2) of the following:
- Domestic (indoor) cats
- Dogs (based on approval of the landlord)
