In Vaughan’s rapidly evolving downtown, developer QuadReal Property Group’s is set to expand its prominent Assembly Park community with the newly proposed Block 1E — three sleek towers rising 38 to 45 storeys, located at Jane Street and Interchange Way.

Designed by Sweeny & Co Architects, the development will deliver some 1,560 new rental homes across a gross floor area of roughly 99,730 m². Units are designed as one-bedroom or one-bedroom-plus-den suites, averaging 477 sq ft and 531 sq ft respectively, and as two-bedrooms (approximately 670 sq ft) for perfect for couples and small families.

Key lifestyle amenities accompany the new homes: approximately 40,000 sq ft of indoor amenity space and 10,000 sq ft of outdoor amenity area atop two-storey podiums. Vehicle and bike access is also integrated — offering 468 residential parking stalls, 156 visitor vehicle spaces, and 1,562 bicycle parking spots.

Strategically positioned, the towers are anchored by a two-storey podium framing the public realm, with active frontages, landscaped seating areas and over 1.5 hectares of dedicated parkland extending the community’s green-space network.

With its close proximity to the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre subway station and a master plan already anchored in 25 + acres of parks and public spaces, Assembly Park continues to embody a walkable, transit-oriented vision of urban life.
