Legacy never stands still.
Bayview Village is entering its next era as a design-forward, pedestrian-centric district where living, wellness, luxury, culture and commerce intersect. Spanning 22 acres, the Bayview Village master plan will transform one of Toronto’s most beloved retail destinations into a complete, mixed-use community. Thoughtfully planned as two distinct, yet connected villages, the development will unfold in phases, balancing intimacy with urban energy.
The transformation begins in the North Village – an intimate enclave tucked along Bayview Mews Lane. The first phase, already under construction, introduces a 23-storey residential tower and two boutique mid-rise buildings, complete with inspired amenities and a 40,000 sq. ft. public park, all seamlessly anchored by an open-air retail promenade.
The South Village will follow, rising along Sheppard Avenue, serving as a gateway between the community and the city beyond. Here, additional residences and expanded retail offerings will provide even greater opportunities to live, shop, and socialize.
Together, the North and South Villages will create a complete, pedestrian-friendly, transit-connected, master-planned destination where luxury, wellness, and culture converge.
