You’ll also enjoy exclusive access to the QuadReal+ Home app, available on both Android and Apple devices. Submit service requests, contact the community team, make payments, check amenity bookings, post to the bulletin board, and more - all from one simple, seamless platform.
PET POLICY
We're Pet Friendly
At Archetype, pets are part of the family. With thoughtful features like a dedicated dog wash station, your four-legged companions are just as welcome here as you are.
We allow two (2) of the following per home:
- Domestic indoor cats
- Dogs (based on approval of the landlord)
- Birds (limit one cage of four birds. One (1) cage counts as one pet)
- Fish (tank volume must not exceed 30gal/113L. One (1) tank counts as one pet)
Please note that we require one half (1/2) a months rent as a deposit for permitted pets.
