At Maplewood, urban living and outdoor living combine in one visionary masterplan. Seven mid-rise buildings house a vibrant mix of homes, businesses, and amenities, all framing an expansive central park. A network of paths crisscross the site, connecting to the surrounding neighbourhood.
The architecture at Maplewood echoes the industrial heritage of the neighbourhood. Steel, glass, and timber combine in different ways to create a distinct identity for each building, while still maintaining a cohesive urban fabric that unites the entire community. The design is contemporary and approachable, with engaging commercial activities that animate the streetscape.
