Vancouver’s Oakridge Park is set to become one of Canada’s premier luxury shopping destinations as it prepares to open its retail component in spring 2026. The 28-acre redevelopment, led by QuadReal Property Group and Westbank, will feature more than 100 premium and contemporary brands across approximately 650,000 square feet of retail space. According to FashionNetwork, “Vancouver’s Oakridge Park is set to become one of Canada’s most luxurious retail destinations, welcoming a lineup of global fashion houses including Loewe, Loro Piana, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, Thom Browne, and Acne Studios, many of which will debut their first standalone boutiques in the city.”
The centre will also showcase a diverse mix of luxury, contemporary, and lifestyle retailers, ranging from Sephora and Diptyque to Sandro, Coach, and Swarovski. These brands reflect the development’s ambition to blend high-end retail with lifestyle and wellness offerings, creating an elevated yet accessible experience for visitors. As FashionNetwork notes, “The 28-acre redevelopment by QuadReal Property Group and Westbank will introduce more than 100 premium and contemporary brands across approximately 650,000 square feet of retail space, opening in spring 2026.”
